Yes I used Ponzuril. He never quit eating the whole time I was treating him. I was told by other keepers to use the Ponzuril. My vet wanted to prescribe Albon and I told him I wanted the Ponzuril. It has to be mixed by a specialty pharmacy though.

Did a little research on the Baycox and like I said never heard of it but see it is used to treat Coccidia. I would still ask for the Ponzuril. It works well and does not seem to effect their appetite while on treatment. I have used it with success.
I have never heard of Baycox to treat Coccidia. Do you mean Baytril? And if so, that is not the correct med. He should be given Ponzuril. If the Coccidia is not treated correctly it could be causing your chameleon to be lethargic and close his eyes.
