My chameleon jasper is acting completely normal but I just get so paranoid sometimes. These 2 ankles look different than the other 2. Could it be gout? They have lumps on them and the other 2 look totally normal. He is mostly fed Dubai’s but occasionally I’ll add in some super worms, horn worms...
Also it’s a bridge so it has sticks that go across that are not slippery. he actually really likes that bridge and sleeps on it and basks on it everyday
He’s never ever done this before only after feeding him those silkworms. They aren’t bigger than the width between his eyes. There’s one bridge in there that I made myself the rest are real branches I found outside and sanitized and I have some junglewood in there. My question wasn’t about my...
He does not let me handle him at all yet so do you have any tips on how I would take him to a vet as in like even getting him out of his enclosure? I have a few options for exotic vets near me so that’s not a problem
It doesn't seem too hot when I put my hand under the light where he sits. I feel like it's not spreading but I'm not sure the pictures I have from when it first appeared look similar to what it looks like now I feel like and he also shed in between I don't know if that could make a difference
Or maybe a burn? I have the heat bulb raised off the screen with some wood blocks so I didn’t think that would happen even if he climbed the screen top
That’s what I’ve been wondering too I can’t really tell the first picture was on April 7th and the second picture was April 29th. What can cause a fungus to start on a Cham?
Sorry it’s hard for me to get a good pic cause it’s on his belly and he tries to hide from me eventually from standing there w my camera for too long but I’ll try and get more
Is this a bruise? It showed up about a month ago after he was screen climbing on the top of the enclosure and he fell on his basking branch pretty hard. This is a picture a couple days after I first noticed it on April 7th
