    Respiratory Infection?

Hello, Today I noticed my 3 year old Female Hoehnelii was making a slight squeak sound to which I can only assume is coming from her nose when she’s breathing. the sound isn’t loud at all, and can only be heard when I’m very close to her. I don’t see any other signs of RI ie. Gaping, head...

    Skin Necrosis

An update on my chameleon: The wound has healed itself quite nicely so far. Seems the silver sulfadiazine cream and the ceftazidime is doing its job. What was once a deep hole, is now becoming flush with the rest of her flank.

    Skin Necrosis

Hello, My female Veiled (2 years old) had to be taken into the vet for a wound that got infected. Not really sure how she got injured, but the doc said it looked like a burn because the surrounding area is slightly necrotic and black. With that being said, this veiled has been outdoor kept...

    First Breeding Attempt

No success on this first attempt. Put him in her cage, and immediately rejected him. When should I try again? Should I wait till I know she passed slugs? I don’t want to stress him out from handling, and stress her out by shoving a male in her enclosure. Thanks

    First Breeding Attempt

Hello, I have a pair of Xanth’s, and I keep them outdoors pretty much all year round. Since the days are about to be longer, I am now choosing to introduce my male to my female.
