    Superworms, but I agree, dubia are very nutrient rich and are way better than crickets.

    From what I've heard, charcoal can also help filter. Make sure it isn't exposed, to prevent impaction.

    I believe @frankpayne32 uses a mixture of one part peat moss to one part sand. Or maybe just a bit less sand. It makes a healthy substrate, and I am using that in a tank build right now.

    Try to stock up on breeding supplies, as it will be better to breed your feeders. It will be safer for you to limit the time you leave your house, and will be cost efficient and convenient in the long run. Also make sure that you have the necessities, such as supplements, just in case. Stay safe!
