All valid points. I guess I wasn’t thinking of having a mister feeding a single cage and spraying at that high pressure. I would imagine the chameleons wouldn’t dig that! My pumps all feed multiple cages. Usually 20-40 cages per pump so the pressure is far less and it works very well for me. I...
I may have a female an available in a couple months. She’s gravid right now so after she lays and recoups I will be looking for a new home for her. I also have a adult male and a smaller juvenile male available.

I’m very lucky to live in a place where humidity and temperatures are just about...
Marojejy is probably one of the last bucket list spots in Madagascar I’d like to go to. I’ve heard some great things about it. I’ve seen a picture of a female parsonii that was taken there. No male was found and this area was not know to have Parson’s. Hopefully they find a male there soon.
I’ve had the good fortune to travel to Madagascar several times to specifically see chameleons in their natural habitats. I’ve come to the conclusion that chameleons will eat just about any insect that comes into range. There are tons of grasshoppers, leafhoppers, crickets, katydids, moths...
