    Slug Enclosure!

If terrestrial slugs looked anything like nudibranchs (sea slugs), they would be really popular.

the size of a lay bin for ambilobes

I agree. In the wild they can't usually dig anywhere near that deep and I'm sure we make it too hard for them.

    Ongoing Costs

It's a bit like asking how much a car is. You'll get a lot of answers. When I total up my setups and average things out, we're looking at £1200-1300 per setup. (Mine are bioactive btw). I buy all my feeders and monthly spend around £40 inc calci/vits etc. Additionally I spend another £15 on...

    Jade plant?

I'd go with poison ivy for my mother in law. Far more 'natural habbitat' for her.

    Chameleons and Tattoos

Mine have never seem bothered by them. I don't have a sleeve, just single tats.

    Mistking Issue?

I don't have a mistking so held off hoping a mistking owner would answer. What I can say is that mine drips a little after running. Whilst the pump has switched off, the water already in the pipes is still under some pressure. It will drip until the pressure equalises. It doesn't drip all the...

I LOST MY CHAMELEON IN A BUSH

Well I'm honestly really glad you got him/her back safely. I'd be freaking and chopping things down branch by branch lol.

Is this possible? Did I do the wrong thing?

Rose laid a 1st clutch of 30 and her second clutch of another 30 only 6 weeks later. I keep temps to 81-82 and feed every 2 days. I've got her next date on the calendar IF it's 6 weeks again, although I hope it won't be.

    Meet Ivy :)

Definitely not far off laying them. Have you got a place for her to lay? Our crestie just picks a nice spot in her viv but she's in a bio active, so she can dig anywhere.

    Meet Ivy :)

I honestly think they just make a lot of this up lol. I should have posted a pic last night but he's asleep now. I'll try get one later but they are very much alike.

    Blue spot

Doesn't look like anything to worry about to me. If it spreads then... From the pic, which is good, each scale has taken on that colour, its nothing on the surface like shed.

Grow Light For Plants is stressing Cham out

The heat lights are quite a long way off the enclosure. Are you checking your basking and ambient temperatures? The T8 or T5 UVB needs to be close as most of the UVB will otherwise be lost before it reaches your cham. I'm just wondering if he's trying to heat up.

    Chameleon scratching at glass

Sounds just like you have a veiled version of my Bob. He does that to come out and when out chooses where he wants to go. For example, if we go to his free range but he wants to stay on me, he simply turns and goes back up to my shoulder. If that's where he wants to go, he climbs on it. It's...
