    i was hoping this wouldn't happen when I asked for information. I had a feeling it was going to be difficult to get due to them being somewhat of a new species in captivity. Still holding out hope though. Anyone??

    I'm not sure but I'd imagine pears are safe. Double check that first. I have a friend that's always tells me how much they love watermelon. I actually just passed on 3 young adults to her last week. None of them had ever eaten watermelon. All 3 now love it she tells me.

    This comment was uncalled for. Please do a search for people that have accidentally drowned there chameleon. People just don't put there chameleons in bath tubs where they have to swim or go out if there way to keep there head above water to keep from dying. I'm guessing this is your first...
