It appears to be a prolapse. Do you know how long it has been out? They will sometimes go back in on their own but often require vet attention. You must try to keep it from drying out though!

You can gently heat the panel and bend it, seen something on here of a user doing that. My scheflerra arbicola does a good job of putting weight in the middle of the panel so water basically funnels towards the holes I drilled.

As long as the superworms are gutloaded properly, I wouldn't worry. But definitely try to use crickets or roaches as a staple. Superworms can be very addictive and may cause hunger strikes.
I would definitely utilize a dripper as well. You can buy the 'Big Dripper' or smaller version at pet stores or make your own. As simple as poking a hole in the bottom of a container. Or placing ice cubes on top of the enclosure and letting it melt/drip down.
