Don't use those orange cubes as a gut load. Use fresh veggies and fruits instead to make sure your cham gets the proper nutrients. @kinyonga always has good gutload reccomendations.
To avoid flooding you can drill small holes around the bottom of your Chameleon enclosure and put a plastic storage bin under it to catch all the water.

How much are you dusting them? The crickets are supposed to be lightly dusted. Also, you should only be using calcium with d3 only twice a month.
Your dusting schedule should be as follows: calcium without d3 at every feeding. Calcium with d3 twice a month. Multivitamin twice a month.
