There’s always that possibility. When I moved them I did it within 10 mins and when I took them out of the incubator I put them in a insulated box and they never left my hands until i put them back in the incubator. I lean more towards the accidental over hydration, my scale read something...

Still got mine incubating. Had 4 eggs and just recently one died. Temps set at 73 degrees Fahrenheit.
