My reptisun 5.0 T5HO came in I'm wondering where should I put it on the top?I have it on side right now but I don't know if that's the best spot. Also tips about other things I should put in his cage is good.
also this is totally unrelated but could you gutload crickets corn/corn husk? I have left over raw corn and i was wondering if that would be safe to gutload crickets, roaches, worms, such
honestly i am passionate about moths and i think the moths would be cool to keep!! also to give a few to my cham and gecko! main reason im keeping them is for the moths tho :)
yeah! well i have worms right now and i was saving some for feeding and some for breeding and the tomato plant was just for the moths to lay eggs on if i did get one! my main question is if the moths will lay eggs on any other plants beside tomato plants!
I plan to breed hornworms and im wondering if the moths will lay on any sort of plant? I dont have a tomato plant but i do have a spare umbrella plant so i was wondering if that could work?
the picture of the mesh is the top! i couldnt get a good angle of it but its like a smaller rectangle of mesh sorrounded by a couple inches of wood on all sides. thats the best I can explain it!
thank you! ha, I thought it was sort of odd that it was on 12'' wide but one of my family members made it and they aren't exactly used to making reptile enclosures, so some things are to be expected.
So I have a 2' x 2' x 4' enclosure for my cham but the top of the cage that is mesh is only about 12'' wide a I don't know what kind or size of uvb bulb to get? I'm not sure if i should get a t8 or t5 because im planning to place it directly on the cage. Not sure if i should just get the 24''...
