Yes they tend to NOT like direct mist--however I try to make the water as hot as possible, put him on a real plant in my room and mist him for at least a half hour. Besides he is still a baby and you have not had him long--- but misting is very important
He's a little cutie! I own a veiled so can't help out much but there are many knowledgeable people on these forums that are very willing to give sound advice....welcome
Why Thank You, I believe it's a Yukka plant but we also have Hibiscus and Ficus on the back porch. I bring him out there whenever I can and watch him like a hawk while he roams..... I also spritz him with water quite often on these hot days
Yup looks like Lizard Love to me. Were you planning on breeding them at some point in the future? I'm not sure if that is too young---some panther experts should know
Olivander is jaw-droppingly gorgeous and these pictures of him made me want a gracilior of my own. Funny, I have never put a mirror in front of my cham but he always crawls across my room and onto the pillows so he can look at himself---there is a huge mirror behind them --- then he just starts...
Yeah I've heard about these missing cham stories before. I really do try to watch him because honestly, when he roams my bedroom I have the same fears, falling, getting lost etc. I am going to start out small and see how he adjusts to his outdoor intervals
I took my cham outside on the porch today for some real sunshine and he seemed to like it. I assume since he came from PetSmart that it was the first time he has EVER been out. I let him roam on the Hibiscus plant and he ate a old brown dried up blossom!
Gonna try to do this as much as I can...
I dare not speak the name of my cham's attitude as this is a family forum when I first got him. Now he comes out of his cage and straight over to me. He's still moody and territorial, but yes, baby steps to the bus Bob, baby steps
