Yeah dragon strand clearside... it's an interesting material. Yeah its tougher keeping the humidity consistent. Without flooding the floor of enclosure. Temp is also little tricky but humidity is more of a fight. I cant wait to summer / spring even so I can bring him out in some warm sunlight.

I go away for a week. Auto mister on solves water issue.. and food.. I just gorge him up day or two before leaving and then put a Tupperware container of dubia and superworms.. he goes for worms first my guy. But anyways 1 week would be fine.. as long as lights are on auto timer

Been a very long time since I posted. Just wanted to give update. Chameleon is doing fantastic and is a lot more chill with me being by him. Doesn't flare up anymore. Also my plants grew amazingly. Almost need to start trimming them

Look good! Yeah pothos will grow so quick, just train the branches where to go and have em wrap the wood or something it'll looks amazing when it fills out... and don't you LOVE the ledges, makes setting up 10000x easier

He looks good an healthy to me, all chameleons are different. Most times when you see a large chameleon odds are they may be slightly overweight lol. or a different breed.

When I go to petco... yeah I know not saying id buy from them @_@ .. but when I see those itty bitty bearded dragons it totally makes me need to restrain myself from just snatching one lol they are quite adorbs.

Just out of curiosity? With food readily available in their enclosure.... whats the longest your chameleon ever went without eating?

Nope everything in the room is the same, he is in a very low traffic room. he's never seemed to fear anything inanimate. Where he decides to sleep isn't too much a concern its not first time I've seen him sleep in odd spots, just more so his coloration. Which what I'm gathering could be a temp...

Temps have been consistent no major changes, if anything few degrees cooler hmm ok so here's two pics... the close up one is his usual sleeping colors n the bad photo is now and past few nights. You can see how hes darker. Also kinda odd he never usually sleeps up top. I was surprised to fine...

Yeah I have. Cleaning didnt help. It tended to get worse when I bought large amounts of crickets from online. But I switched to dubia and they're lasting forever and breeding so it hasn't been issue lately... not sure how to help though they're kinda pesky
