Mine didn’t eat right away either. Just give it time and he will eat. Also make sure you mist often he may be thirsty. I order from the same sir as well and my guy is just starting to show colors.
Just trying to figure when I should try to handle Ragnar. I have tried to feed from my hand but he just runs away. I get even a couple feet from his enclosure he books it for the plants. Should I be trying to get him on me to get him use to me or no.
I’m not mean it as what we are doing no is a problem. When I had saltwater reefs when I first started I use to feed once a day. Then as I got more experience and myself and a few other marine biologists sat down one day and started talking about how we only feed once a day and how it’s not...
I agree as well. But if you think about it Chams in the wild eat all day long and even sometimes before they end up going to sleep. So does it really matter the times they eat? Well of course it would matter because we choose to feed them 8-10 feeders in one sitting. If we did that before bed...

My next step is to try cup feeding but i dont think he will know what to do with that. Im starting to think he is just really nervous cuz he hides all day long
I free roam feed. I thought of the same thing but all the crickets, dubias or kale is still there after hours. I always take them out before lights out.
