It is great to see her making a full recovery especially after a black widow bite. She is beautiful. Glad you found the culprit and removed it, and we can see how the spider bite affected the chameleon physically.
Happy to hear she is okay. I know that takes a weight off. I personally would wait until there is no smell, but that is just me. Maybe others will say different.
Wiggy is a nice name. If you change it, he might become grumpy. Lol. The floating branches are a good idea. With some vines in-between he'll get across. You'll figure it out. For me, I collected branches and let them speak to me where they should go. Yes I am the branch whisper 🤫

In looking at the fourth and fifth pics you provided, it is hard to tell but I don't think I see a tarsal spur. Was it the vet who sexed him as male? Here is a link to veiled chameleons. If you scroll down to the photo that says "Tarsal Spur" you can see what it looks like...
