My experience with a solar meter: WARNING

Wow 😯 thank God you purchased your solarmeter when you did! I had an issue with a bulb that died in less than 1 month back in December, luckily it was obvious and I made sure to have a backup bulb. Although the seller company thru Amazon said that I couldn’t be refunded because it wasn’t...

    Many problems with him

If you cannot get ahold of large plants hanging/mounting the smaller ones will help with coverage. Dragon strand ledges or bamboo trellises can help support planters. Fake plant vines on the outside of your cage can help too. Your cage height can also be causing stress for your little one...

    I need help.

Ok, no need to panic, we can go over everything and get you and your new baby started off right. So the darkened colors are stress signs and open mouth is usually an overheated sign. As mentioned above, you need to drop the basking temp, either prop up the lamp an inch or two or buy a dimmer...

    Hydrating Powder Covered Crickets

Once upon a time, I was also worried about adding moisture to my crickets, and I was trying to get bee pollen powder to stick better. I sprayed a couple mists of water and sprinkled with pollen and the end result was a cup of yellow painted dead crickets 😭 Lesson learned.

    Husbandry Check

I think your enclosure looks beautiful! 😍 If you start using a humidifier/fogger only run it at night when your temps drop for about 5-6 hours. The extra branches will be great for your girl to access all of that lovely setup.

    Any suggested tips?

Ok thank you, that is great that you filled out the form and posted pics. From the looks of it there are a few adjustments that will help your little one. First off you will want to raise the cage off the floor preferably about 2-3 ft off the ground. She will be more comfortable with more...

Move slowly, avoid wearing reds and blacks, make sure the cage has ample foliage/privacy, set the enclosure height above your own, minimize handling, associate your presence with food or treat items may help your little one get a bit more comfortable with you.
