If you have 1 Cham I’d start out with 1 silkworm pod it’s the easiest way to grow them, food and habitat all in 1 just dump the poop every morning .and get small or medium size

Veilds are great Chams I’ve had several, they go through a teenage stage, keep working with him hopefully he’ll turn around for you. Make your appearance a positive for him, offer food, let him free range, take him outside

I dust my worms also ,add a few crickets when feeding or their poop will be runny won’t be a problem just little extra gross when cleaning lol
