Was he rubbing vertically or horizontally?

Sometimes my cham looks like this right before she sheds. But it is usually on her back and sides. Moisture and humidity should fix it.

It doesn’t work like that bud. Chameleons cannot be gay. Good luck finding one.

The ones on its sides may be cysts but I don’t know about the mouth. Either way, get to the vet.
