I was thinking he would shed it off, but it is still dark and doesn't change color very much. He just shed and one side is lighter, but it still remains dark. Will it improve over time? He is 5 months old, healthy and tail is fully functional. Husbandry is on point as well.

Get a dubia roach colony going, I couldn't stand having crickets!! More nutritious, don't stink, aren't noisy, easy to keep and breed....the perfect feeder in my opinion! Don't have to spend money on feeders anymore!!

Stop feeding the superworms completely, and keep offering crickets and roaches until they give in...they will get hungry enough to eat them eventually. If you keep giving in and offering them candy aka worms they will keep refusing the healthy stuff.

I don't understand how vets don't correct the husbandry first. I guess they would rather make money with meds. I also see countless people giving the wrong supplements/regiment and is frustrating to see the animals suffer. The info is all over this site! Research before you spend the money/time...
