He’s so beautiful!

Hey!!! You are on my Instagram!!!!! I’ve been hand feeding the hornworms and he’s been getting them down just fine! Lol if I set the worm on the branch it grabs on for dear life and Yoshi about rips it in half. So I just hand feed now !!

@KamaKamaChameleon! I just started keeping mine in the fridge. When I take them out they shed and eat a ton lol. Keeping them cold definitely does help :)

Hand feeding has helped me a lot with my chameleon. He slowly but surely started to come around. But, he has his days. Oh boy does he have his days ha. He will hiss and let me know he isn’t in the mood (usually when he’s shedding)

Oh that’s nice! I’ll have to keep this in mind when I make my boy his enclosure!

This is a favorite in my house!!!! They grow so darn fast though!!

This was the night I panicked. His enclosure was shut so I KNEW he didn’t get out. But, I couldn’t find him. He’s only ever slept on the vines. Finally, I saw him. Twisted and blended into one of the plants! What an interesting way to sleep!

I honestly hate doing it. Yuck! So now I won’t clip them anymore. It seems like only a few people have had problems with them biting their Chams. I’m glad to know that most people haven’t had any issues !!!

My hornworms are not anywhere close to being huge yet. So maybe I don’t need to clip them but I hate to see how big they are on a fully grown worm!!! Ahh! Maybe for now I won’t clip them :)

Does anyone else clip off the hornworms mandibles right before feeding to your chameleons? I do! And also before feeding to my bearded dragon. I can’t remember where I read it, but this lady said her female adult Cham was choking on a hornworm because the hornworm had bit and latched onto the...
