Hes a dirt eater. I didnt give him other bugs, but he ate dirt. Little Ahole. I posted about his weird dirt eating in another thread. I think you commented on it.
My chameleon wont eat crickets or dubia. Its been suggested i try red runners & orange heads. Do you have either available?
I also need some isopods for his bioactive. Do you have powder orange, dairy cow or giant canyons?
I want try out red runners & orange heads for my panther chameleon. He refuses Dubia. Where can I buy either or both of these? I can't seem to find small-ish quantities. I dont want to buy 50+ if he wont eat them & be stuck with a bunch of bugs. Hes my only reptile.
Thanks!
I did look through that to try & find a vet. The closest I could find was a 4 hr drive. Which I think would be quite stressful for him. So I'm still looking.
Well, I've never really looked. I guess I'll go check when I get home. Why on Earth would he want to eat those tiny bugs when he can have ANYTHING else. :cautious:o_O
Yes, he currently has crickets, grasshoppers & BS flies in his enclosure. I also turned the silkworm moths loose in there. There's also superworm beetles from some of the worms that somehow escaped, but I've heard those are particularly icky, so I didn't expect him to eat those. lol

I have considered this. I was going to cover it with large pieces of cork bark. But I am concerned about the WHY behind his refusal to eat bugs. It was suggested to me to post in this forum to see if anybody had any insight.
