Most of the things you stated are really not used like the tweezers, some chameleons won't touch Dubia roaches (Like mine) Silk worms are a great feeder, why is your Panther sky diving so much?
Those high temps will drop them fast, you said they are outside in the sun most of the day? Do they have shade to cool down? Misting should be way longer to ensure they are being hydrated.

I believe the best help would be to take her to a reptile vet, I know you said you can't afford the vet but honestly something is wrong with her and no matter what help you get on here it's only going to be a guess as what the underlying problem is.
Are you supplying him with calcium and vitamins? I started my baby veiled with 1/8-1/4 size crickets, what's the housing set up? Lights? Hydration/misting setup?
