taking Reptar to get cremated today and taking Chomper for a checkup just in case

Tomorrow I know I am going to be an emotional wreck. I am taking Reptar to be cremated tomorrow which makes it so much more real that she's gone.

the vet said it was from being egg bound and a loss of nutrients from not eating when I took her to get looked at before having her cremated.

Reptar was dehydrated because my sister messed with the settomgs on my automatic mister and didn't catch it immediately.

Reptar had a 24×24×48 cage and Chomper currently looks so small in it but he'll grow quickly.

I do have a veiled chameleon. I have the asking temperature at 86°. I do have a feeding cup for him because I always used one with Reptar. I used to have 3 live plants but they died when we moved. I was going to get a couple new ones but cant remeber where to find the plant list. Thank you fir...

My sister got me a new chameleon since I lost my baby girl because she became egg bound and I couldn't get her to the vet. My question is are male veiled chameleons any different to care for than females?

Reptar didn't make it to her vet appointment, she passed in the night

That's what I was told to do with her to make sure she' eating enough on the every other day schedule.She's never had issues before now, why would it start all of a sudden?

She gets 10 super worms every other day dusted with calcium and d3 every 2 weeks and multivitamin the other 2 weeks. Havent changed anything recently.

Its so stressful too. She didn't start laying eggs until after she was a year old and has only laid 3 clutches but has neve had these types of problems. Is there any specific reason she'd be having problems now.

She filled in the hole and went immediately to her basking lamp at the top but didnt eat afterwards like she usually does.

Thursday she laid eggs and I counted 36 eggs. I threw them out and replaced the soil. I left friday night and she hadn't laid any eggs. I had my sister check on her Saturday while I was at my second job and no eggs. I came home Sunday and then the egg count was at 54 and she laid another one today.

The last few days I've been forced feeding her a mixture of calcium and water plus the pureed super worm. Im hoping it'l make even the littlest bit of a difference.
