I have been trying to make as many changes as I can but during quarantine and not having a steady source of income I'm really trying my best. I have made more changes since my last husbandry and I'm am really trying to do everything I can.

Handling - I let him out of his cage x3 a week to move around the room.

I found a tiny little brown worm on my cham's skin and his crest is getting very gray. Should I be concerned? I could not find any worms in his skin. His gray has gotten worse and I will provide more info in a comment.

This chameleon is probably a dude! Sometimes female chameleons develop spurs at birth, but another way to tell is to see if they have a genital bulge, and it looks like your cham has one. I would advise you to check where the tail meets the body to see if you can see a bulge. If you can't find...
