I'm hoping this was a fluke. I'm sure each store is different. I just felt so bad for the little guy. It's good to hear some of the other stores put in the effort to properly care for the animals they sell. We have a few reptile stores in San Diego that do a fantastic job!
I made the mistake of going into petsmart on aero dr in San Diego today and saw this poor creature. I thought they had new laws regulating the treatment of animals in San Diego. I don't want to upset anyone, I was just hoping if they got a few emails. Maybe they would set this guy up with a cage...
Thank you for all the helpful advice! I'm a worry wart with my babies. Hopefully I can get his diet down. It seems like a bit of an art form! As long as he's happy and healthy, totally worth it.
