There's definitely fixtures out there that have room for more than one bulb. I have a quad fixture from Light Your Reptiles that has two daylight 6500k bulbs, the Arcadia 12%, and a bulb specifically for plants. My schefflera is doing well under it, as are the other plants...
It's pretty amazing what a difference almost two months can make. From 2 grams to 30!

In the future, you can always just use a regular incandescent house bulb to save a bit of money. They work just as well at putting out heat. For the UVB, I'd recommend the tube bulbs rather than the coils. The tubes, particularly the T5 style bulbs, are better at throwing out more even UVB rays...
So sorry you lost her... Chameleons seem to work their way into our hearts so easily. You were always trying your best to give her good care, and like you said, resources where you live are limited.
Very interesting videos, thanks for posting. I've thought about trying to do some sort of time lapse for the reasons you said, mainly to see how my guy utilizes the cage.
