The pics in the thread are of the sires of the available chameleons. They are not for sale. I will take pics of the ones for sale and send them out to confirm any deal so the purchaser isn't buying sight unseen.
There seems to be enough interest in the group that I won't be splitting it up...
No I didn't edit the photo. I have another that shows the same colors.....he was absolutely fantastic.
The pic was taken under a UVB linear, a standard incadescent, and an aquqrium grow light. At rest he showed teals but when fired he went purple and red.....amazing colors.
Thanks for...
Due to lack of work and needing to go out of town for work I am selling all of my chameleons except the ones that have become pets. My wife cannot take care of all of the aspects of raising them.....the pets are going to be enough.
I have 13 total that include:
2 two year old females 1...
Ya, but my wife was the one who said I had a small lizard.......oh, wait, that was something altogether different.
Ok thanks for the input. I guess as long as they're healthy and eating that's all I should worry about.
Thanks again,
Kevin
Someone besides my wife just told me that I have a small lizard and it hurt my feelings.
I was wondering what size ranges (SVL or tip to tip) to expect from month to month for an Ambilobe.
Thanks,
Kevin
I can't get any of the pics on your page to come up.
When I try to access the Reptaid4 page I get "webpage cannot be found"
Is there another way to order?
Kevin
My laptop crashed.....just getting it back up now after a week of banging my head off the walls.
Anyway.....Pgh is Pittsburgh, PA.
I guess I'm used to the local abbreviations. :D
Kevin
I use panty hose.....................For the FF's
Betty,
You'll need to clean the vials between uses.
Everyone,
If you want to slow them down put them in the frig for a minute before you feed.......it can buy you a few extra seconds of crawl time. :)
Kevin
Hydei are the largest.
All my new born panthers are kept in containers with bridal veil tops so I can feed the FF's without escape.
Melanogaster are much smaller and can even escape bridal veil so I don't bother keeping them anymore.
The medium shouldn't go bad too quickly......if anything...
They all have holes in the top. The round one is a commercial cup with 24 holes in the lid and a paper filter material glued to it.
The one with a blue rim actually has the whole middle of the lid removed leaving only the rubber rim. That rim is then snapped down on top of bridal veil to...
Pic of his current cage?
Without seeing it I would suggest getting a screen window building kit from Lowes or H.D. they sell the corner pieces, aluminum runs, inseert rubber, and vinyl for sides/aluminum for the top screening. I built the top side and door panels for mine that way. then...
It's a start. You'll be able to fine tune it later. You might only need to start a new culture every 2 weeks or you might need 3 a week. It'll just depends on how much you're feeding off......you'll figure it out once you get started.

Here's the other thread on trades.
Trade thread
I'm pretty specific on the reef livestock I'm looking for a Carpet, rose tip, or purple long tentacle anemone. I'm also looking for a male Snowflake clownfish and a male Darwin clownfish. Will consider trades for unusual SPS and LPS...
I'm always curious why a pic doesn't make it..........I don't want to ask about because I'm sure you're very busy and your time is better used on this forum.
Thanks,
Kevin
Airport to airport
I thought the airlines provide counter to counter shipping of packages???
Drop them off at your airport.....BANG.....5 or 6 hours later they're across the country. The recipient then goes to their airport and picks it up!!!
Does this really exist or am I imagining...
