All he said is she had some flagellated protozoa that are likely affecting her digestion. This will be causing the gas and soft stool. It will also keep her from absorbing calcium and vitamins. He put her on Ronidazole for them.

Well just got done seeing the vet. He made her poop with a flush. He seen a few parasites. The leg is just hurting from a injury. So sending me with pain meds and something to kill the parasites. Thanks everyone for your help.

Ok stupid question how should I bring her to the vet. Its a good 25 min car ride. I want her as comfortable as possible.
