I do dust and gut load my crickets, I use the repashy calcium plus and bug burger. Specs has also been in an outdoor cage all summer soaking up the good UV. I change my bulbs at the 6 month mark as well (although typically they burn out before then anyway). I was using the zilla slimline...

I've successfully done this with my two males. All it takes is a towel on one side of one of the cages so that they cant see each other and they're fine. :) If they see each other it stresses them out and can put a toll on their body in the long run, especially if they're left like that for a while.

I looked at Flukers and Ghan Farms and they were either exactly the same price or more. Im sensing that I probably wont find anything better than what I already have, but thats fine though lol

I tried breeding once but it didn't work out. I don't have the right kind of soil (closest thing I had to use was coffee grounds-Louisiana soil just turns into sloppy mud when wet) and I can't keep it at the right moisture, its either over watered or just too dry.

Title pretty much says all. :) I've had a 36x18x18 DIY cage for my adult panther for a while now... not sure if its 100% absolutely necessary to switch to the last size, since large cages + shipping can be pretty pricey..

Reading this almost makes me reconsider.. that and the fact that I just found one thats 36x18x18... now im back to square 1 on deciding if I should or not lol. I may sleep on it and see.

Ohh... well now I see. To be fair, that picture is extremely misleading, and the price for just the stand alone is insane lol.
