Found this bug in my crickets for the second time. Got the crickets at an expo like usual. Any idea what it is? It looks a lot like a darkling beetle but is way to small. Sorry for the bad pictures. It was hard to focus on him.
I had a money tree for a while. They are safe and non toxic, but no matter the size. Their branches tend to break with the weight of a chameleon. It really just depends on the age of your chameleon. Mine does great with my 2 month old, but with a one year old it might collapse.
Can’t currently take a picture, I will be able to in a few hours, but I added a lot of vines and a few plants. I’m also planning on getting a 4 foot money tree outside of his cage so he can climb around when I’m watching him.
I can’t right now because he’s sleeping and I don’t think he would be a huge fan of me turning the lights on, but if you’re looking for the barbs, he’s a male.
Actually I should have added this: he came in a container with a fake leaf and some dirt. He did bite at the dirt while he was in the container on the drive home.
