From what I've researched, they are usually fine as long as they've been washed so no pesticides or anything us on it. It seems they usually don't eat them though if you were to just have marigolds in their cage, from what I've looked into.
I usually set her food in a dish on her hammock so she can get the worms, romaine lettuce, veggies, ect. without it being a mess all over cage.
I'll get rid of that water fall though.
It sure is alot of work to clean everyday. Good riddance.
With the UVB, should I get 10 then? I'm looking at...
Why do I need to update my UVB? I got a new bulb last week. I have a shower curtain around the cage. Why does the hammock and little waterfall need to go?

This is the set up for my smaller chameleon. I'm trying to set up a "little dripper" for both of them at the moment but it's a little finicky.
Ah I really want to but I turned her lights off at nine and I feel like she'll not be too happy if I turn them back on now haha. I will make sure to post lots in the morning. I have 5 or 6 things of vines in there, the hibiscus tree, two 6 foot terra vine curled all around, a hammock, and a...
Hi. I kept waiting to see and give an update on her shed and all that and then time passed.
So I have her now in a 2x2x4 cage that I had ordered. She has more vertical branches and a hibiscus tree. Her diet is now more diverse. I got her to eat some superworms, romaine lettuce, and a small bit...
I know they get stressed very easily so is that likely all then? She's not necessarily at the bottom of her cage but she is often under foilage or near the middle of the cage's height. I'm making them some better cages cause the one's they have I heard were too small and they need 2ftx2ftx4ft...
I have some pictures. I know they look very small compared to me, but I am also like 4'10" and have baby hands so, trust me, they're right for thier size.
Each of them have a 16x16x36 cage, lots of foilage, I mist them alot, they have UVB and a basking light. My one really doesn't like heat and...
I'll look for some roaches. They're really uninterested in majority of things I give them, so I think it just might be they don't like if it's right in front of them easy to eat? They like to hunt.
I don't have a humidifier but I have a heater a couple feet from thier cage and I mist them warm water. I read it could take her multiple days. Is that false?
Also, do you have any tips about getting them a varied diet? I've tried alot and they only want crickets. I gut load them and all but it...
I can't really directly mist her where she is. She's under all of the foilage. Alot of the shed I see is coming off of her face and underbelly. Yesterday there was little bits and I think today is the day where most of it's gonna come off.
I've got two chameleons and one of them is going through thier first shed with me. Is there anything I should know? I have the humidity up higher than before, and I tried to not get too in her face with food cause I assumed for the next couple days she wouldn't really want to eat that much (I...
@Brodybreaux25 I'm not really sure where the nearest vet is around here. I know there are some, but I'm not sure if they know chameleons that well.
Is there anything I can do to help with thier weight?
@Brodybreaux25 Malnourished? He hasn't really gained much weight since I got him, but I didn't think he was malnourished. Is there something I can do to help with that? He eats plenty.
