Okay awesome. Thank you so much. Since I’ll be doing this every day (instead of feeding her every other day), should I decrease it to 2 crickets? I usually do 3-4
Okay- pet place said they will have hornworms wednesday, and butter worms but since my girl has never had those I was suggested to keep away just in case!
Okay great will do. Is it bad to give her the hornworms with the calcium injected in them? I have been doing this the last 2 days to get her the calcium (they were quite small)
Okay just wanted to put this in the thread:
they called the specialist on call and sent them pictures of her as well as all her info and previous vet. They said they did a follicle / egg x Ray and the specialist said that she’s not ready to lay yet, and what she laid before were follicle eggs...
If I do take her home, do you think I should try the trashcan method for tonight and let her sleep there until tomorrow when I could bring her back? It was really tough getting her out of the enclosure today with all the branches / hiding spots
I’m just worried because I can’t get out of work tomorrow, so I wouldn’t be able to get back here until around 4. I’ll have to ask them about their housing as well as when the doctor will be here. Just currently stressing out in the waiting room
Okay I will ask all these questions. I have asked to make an appointment but they said since it’s an eggbound cham I have to come through emergency, and can’t make an appointment. I’m very frustrated because that’s what I did today and they weren’t here. I’m very shocked that this is the place...
I will ask them that, for sure. They said to keep them overnight it’s $500-1500 so they better. Maybe because its a holiday the specialist isn’t in, but said they will be tomorrow. Will keep you updated after I hear back from the consult
Doing her consult now. Couldn’t be more annoyed. They don’t have a specialist and will have to consult with one over the phone, and possibly keep her overnight. When I called they said they may or may not have a specialist here for her, and now I find out they won’t until tomorrow. Makes no...
I don’t have any of the materials for the trash can, she would only be in there for a few hours before her lights go off, Should I do it with her lay bin she has now?
I’ll call the vet now
edit: ok so the vet she went to isn’t open on weekends so they didn’t answer.
she’s just basking now...
