Doesnt it take weeks for a biofilter to build up a bacterial culture needed for proper filtration? This also means you can never clean the whole thing because youll flush out all good bacteria. If a feeder drowns in it and isnt noticed in time it may polute the water more than your bacteria...

Should get a bigger enclosure all together, this is way to small for her, not wide and deep enough to move and not tall enough to thermoregulate properly.

Yep, adults are to big for the cham but make nice playfood for my ackie but the smaller ones can be fed off. I also have hissing roaches but no offspring yet.

I think you've got a she, i dont see tarsal spurs on the hind leg in the picture... It also looks like a her. How long have you had your cham? If it's a her she could be producing eggs soon. Make sure you read up onaying bins. Oh and it can take a lot of time for a cham to tolerate his owner...
