There are a select handful of people who still keep and breed them in Canada but to my knowledge there are none in the US at this time. Jill is right Cameroon has been closed for a good while and whatever was smuggled through like 4 years ago hasn’t lasted in the US as far as I’ve heard.
Spectacular. Is the one you think might be male still alive? I still have eggs somewhere hopefully lol should be around a month incubating if they’re ok. The female is getting thick looking again as well.
My vote is to not fix what isn’t broken lol
Maybe locate them so you’re aware of where they are and note the type of location she chose. You know the lay date she laid, now just take notes of your specific husbandry until more babies show up lol
How am I just seeing this!?!
Huge congrats! My female laid this past week and I have no clue where the eggs are. She’s recovered very well and hopefully will give me more fertile eggs. Perfect world scenario, I would love to trade F1s if you are willing. I’m in south Florida. It’s a long road...
You likely won’t find any. With Tanzania closed the very few people that have them are strictly trading amongst themselves right now. Rumors are flying that TZ will reopen soon but no quotas have been posted yet.
Brookesia are readily available still.
Feeder roaches in general are easy and cost effective. Many to choose from. I personally keep many species for variety.
BSFL and superworms are affordable in bulk and store well as stated above.
Mantises are easy to raise to decent sized feeders or can be used for smaller chameleons right...
