yep, probably that would be better. it's almost 6 pm here and my guy goes to sleep at 7, so they have 1 hour to reconsider )) then will take her out and try again tomorrow morning
Quick update: there's my lovebirds :D well, first of all i didn't expect her to be soo small, my Winston is like 3 times bigger :D as soon as he saw her he went forward, but she managed to get under the branch or something so he couldn't do anything, and then at some point she bit him and he...
Thanks for the tip! Yep I've read that when female is receptive she is in calm colours and isn't gapping or anything.
Definitely will take it slowly, since my cham never saw another creature like himself in his life ))) but he's a calm guy, used to hands and all, unless there's some wild...
Yep, the owner of female wants to start breeding veiled chams and i have a male, he'll bring her only so they can mate. Is one day enough? Cos I've read that males are like always ready to mate and as i understood from the female's owner she is receptive now.
Well my main worry is that she won't...
Hi guys! So my Winston (veiled cham) is getting married tomorrow, girl's owner will leave her at my place for a day. Anything i should know or prepare for them to feel more comfortable? )))
Hehe thanks, he's my little grumpy super star :D actually he has tones of pics and videos like that, it's a pity there's no chance of making an album here.. but here's one more from Halloween, he nailed it :D

Oh and I found some threads about Reptaid being a solution from parasites and infections on early stages, so can i use it in this case? If it won't harm of course?
btw which one should i get: Zoo Med Reptivite without D3 or with D3? probably without, right? since i already have calcium with d3 and give it twice a month wouldn't it be too much if these vitamins are also with d3?
Yeah he tolerates me pretty good i guess ))) In the room temperature is not that high in general ( around 72 during the day ) and especially when the weather is bad and cloudy he doesn't even want to leave the cage cos there's no sun on his favorite spot at the window, so everything goes around...
So shouldn't I let him out at all? I don't want him to get stressed, he seems to really like it outside the cage.
I will check the list of veggies and will get zoo med Reptivite too , I kinda thought exo terra was a better brand though, does in mean that they have bad uvb-s too? the free range...
