Oh gotcha I didn’t know that destroyed nutrients. I thought the cubes were just main food. I’ll see if can find some pollen and spiraling. Haha i think the heat has killed all dandelions this year in my yard
Ok I wondered how y’all feed the buggies. Specifically if you are keeping a large number. For example if I get 100 or more crickets and feed them how do I know which ones are well fed? Like should I take 10-15 out of a large bin and put them in a smaller one the night before I feed off so I know...
Hello there hope you got some answers for your boy! He’s so handsome! I was searching Arkansas in the forums and your thread popped up. How did you like the vet in Sherwood, I’m also in AR and am trying to locate an experience herp vet
Yeah I ended up getting galvanized steel as I also couldn’t get the pvc coated cloth. Probably overkill but we do get hawks and an eagle or two every now and then. This enclosure is mainly for cage cleaning and outside time fun. I plan on being right there unless cleaning but I’d rather be safe...
Ughh it’s like 90 degrees out and I’m hating this screen already! So right now this is what I have. It’s upside down right now trying to figure out how to attach screen safely. Did I mention it’s hot? Oh also I’m nuts and this screen is kicking my ass
@jamest0o0 wow I love that set up. Thank you for posting! Did you put anything between zip ties and cloth? I’m debating using outdoor tape to keep my aluminum screen from fraying (worried about injuries)
Ahh gotcha I’ve made so many mistakes already but thanks to you and all the great people on here I’m learning. Sadly (very bc I love the water) I don’t live near the beach so maybe I won’t need to worry about the screen color? Anyway I’m so glad you posted pics bc that is the size I’m looking at...
That’s awesome!
@Beman Agreed! I would love to do wood! It looks so tidy and IMO (unfounded 😂) more secure. I think pvc would suit my needs better purely for the fact of it being lightweight and easily stored in winter months. I have a lot of stairs on my deck 🏃♀️. Now knowing that(Janjan20...
Hey thanks @jannb 😊 I think that is the exact size I measured that will fit my deck space.
1.I noticed you have one with two doors and one with just one door. Which do you prefer?
2. Is that regular aluminum screen?
3. Hinges? I don’t think I’ve seen those before
