Thank you it is disgusting what is in our tapwater but I know carnivorous plants need to stay moist or they first lose their pitcher then soon die so it just if there was no other options

First of all you have to go in the kitchen drawer and hopefully there is some wax paper take a sheet of that tear it crush into balls and put this on their meal this is where they will spin their cocoons
If you can tolerate sweaty 90° temperatures mosquitoes the size of hummingbirds I’m exaggerating but it feels like it when they bite.If you like it hot I need love to scuba dive like I do it’s got its pros and cons

Additionally, in the wild, sun conures also feed on small insects and their larvae as for being naturally omnivores. so they like and need a little meat. so be careful
