Thank you for taking your time and sharing your experience, I know and I'm prepared that the little one might not make it (sometimes it's regular course of nature) and since it's my first baby I really don't know how they behave, I'm hoping like you said that it will start eating in the next...
k you! I already ordered a Arcadia bulb (expedited) hopefully it will be here Monday or Tuesday at the latest, I usually use the t5's but since I was kinda unprepared for the hatching, I didn't expect him to hatch out this soon, thankfully I had a t8 laying around with a uvb bulb, I will fix the...
Hi guys, so I had the pleasure of witnessing a Chamelon "birth". I got the egg along with my panther about 6 months ago, about last week it started to peep then shortly after l it hatched. I have since moved him to a large tote with plenty of branches and live plants. I would say he's around 5...
Hello, I got this egg for free when I got my Cham, it's been incuabting for around 6+months already, today when I checked I saw this...since it's my first egg so I'm pretty ignorant to what the process/what it looks like when they hatch, I haven't messed with the egg and I have been checking on...
I had repashy calcium plus, and it gave my panther (female) an edema (apparently a common problem with panthers + Repashy calcium plus) and that was using it every other day not "daily" like it says in the bottle...since ive switched to Arcadia Earthpro-a and it has worked wonders. It doesnt...
For a couple days, until the outer exoskeleton get hard and back to it's regular "color", they also like to hide more, because having the soft exoskeleton is a risk to them since they are soft when white. That's why when I see a freshly molted one I feed it to my Cham.
I would check on eBay (I've had good experiences here), also there are various members here that sell feeders and some the site sponsors as well. I've also found local crickets and Dubias by just looking on Craigslist which is nice if you want them now and have a headstart on gutloading.
Hope...
I know!! Pretty too in my opinion, I was considering them, but my wife would freak out if she see them fly! It would take good amount of convincing? maybe I could try haha
Good to hear and thank you all for the responses! I really love the amount of knowledge that this forum has! My bugs usually get all the food scraps (fruit & veggies) that we dont eat, or atleast the ones my toddler decided that day he didn't feel like eating ?. Now I was wondering what you guys...
,?? Yeah Ive seen videos. I'll look into them, I just gotta make sure I can convince the wife. Haha she gets the hibbi jibbis just thinking about climbing ones
So I want to keep another type of roach, I currently have Dubias and they are pretty easy to take care of. Now I need advice on which what other species of roach should I try? I've been reading about the Orange Heads and the Red Runners, what do you guys think should I try? Or what other species...
I leave it at the max setting, I bought some extension hoses and attached it to the top of the enclosure at different places so it would spread the fog throughout, here's what I'm talking about

I Jerry rigged it to the top...
I use a fogger at night (on a timer) and I have no problems with hydration. When the misters go off in the day she doesn't even care about all the water on the leafs. I would probably look for some hornworms as they have high moisture content, and they seem to be the to-go to when chams are...
