yes they are safe
also if you have a mulberry you can raise silkworms (what silkworms eat is mulberry leaves) and thats also very good for the chameleons
They sweat 24/48 hours before they pip... That egg does not look like it is ready to hatch. Yes it will look denser on the bottom at the baby develops...and completely solid on the bottom right before it hatches
You will not see anything until month 3 or 4 actually. Before then the eggs will look yellowish when candled.

Yes that's an Ambilobe, His name was Preston. He had the most dramatic color change going from green to yellow was a perfect subject for the video.
and yes the video is sped up 10x the normal speed. Normal speed was kind of boring
