So basically, I read that just seeing a male can make a female, who wasn't showing any signs, suddenly become receptive. I cant remember where I read it, and I've read so many things, also I seriously over think everything and thought maybe they should never ever see each other.

Oh yes, I know that, I mean like it'll make her receptive faster. Like seeing a male will speed up her biological clock, so to speak.
