This is my first batch of chameleon's This is my first time actually breeding chameleons though I have been in the hobby since 2007. Always just had males. Im only familiar with Veileds and Panthers. Although I do like Carpet's and Tamatave's. Do you currently have Tamatave's or Carpet's?

I just use a bamboo plant I have as decoration for the showers.

Put him on a plant and don't aim the shower directly at him but aim the water against the wall of the shower.

Shower with her 30 minutes a day should help her with shedding and dehydration.
