    Egg laying process?

I called the exotics vet, the one close to me refused to see her (not taking new clients) they are booked till next week. I’m trying to get into one in Seattle on Tuesday. The bump on her bum completely went away.... and I caught her digging a couple times in her lay bin. I’m trying to stay away...

    Egg laying process?

I have put curtains around chams enclosure so she can have privacy. But still no luck going in the lay bin. I went to check on her today and her coloring was quite dark and I noticed her butt was swollen or somthing? Is this normal?

    Egg laying process?

I have a lot of plants around the Viv.... but she eats anything in her enclosure. I have a hibiscus I took out to put in a bigger lay bin for this lay. Is there anything other than the spider plant, pothos, ficcus and hibiscus that are safe to eat?

    Egg laying process?

Thanks so much! I wrapped the bottom portion of her cage with a black towel to give privacy this morning. I’ll definitely move more pothos and foliage in after she lays!

    Egg laying process?

Ya I’m only seeing the outlines when she stretches to go on a branch. The nearest vet is in Seattle which is 40min away. If she stops drinking or at what point does she need to be taken in?

Chams first time laying eggs, trying to read all the old forums but I’m still having trouble figuring out how long the egg laying should take. My Cham is Visibly showing eggs, but she has yet to go in her lay bin. At what point do you know a cham is eggbound? Cham has been hiding in my top...

I had a big hibiscus in there but I took it out for a bigger lay bin my last was a bit small. There are a couple fake plants in the corners of the lay bin for her to get in and out. She actually climbed in and out last night with no help to check it out. I’ll try to see if I have some more...

Found Cham sleeping on the floor

Sand is damp but not soaked. Probably sand castle worthy lol. I will pick up a plastic bin after work w/ soil. Is the size okay? Should I be feeding her differently than normal? her size isn’t huge yet but definitely her coloring is very different. - thanks again for the help

Found Cham sleeping on the floor

I have found her on the bottom of the enclosure sleeping again. I took her out to look at her belly. I think for sure it’s beginning of egg time. I took her main plant out and brought in a bigger lay bin. It’s sand right now but I’ll add 1/2 soil in the morning (I need to pick some up). Is there...
