Once, way before I got Nik, i went over to my friends house. We were talking and he showed me his bearded dragon, right? He put it on me and i screamed because "it's nails are too sharp".

That's one good reason! Bearded dragons are good for getting the dubia population down.... all you would have to do was pay for some veggies, electricity and basic set-up. Nice!

I've read several articles that act like chameleons are antiques. "Look don't touch" always seems to be a major rule, at least scientifically.
However, there are A LOT of exceptions.

If you are using the WITH D3 supplement twice a week that could affect him later. You should use that once every two weeks (or twice a month), without D3 every day, and a multivitamin twice a month. That might be some of it.

Well, he might not be able to see his food. I've seen cases where the chameleon can't see and therefore can't eat, but what stops him from eating? My cham does the same thing, but he almost always gets it.... when he misses he tries again. if he's closer he should have a BETTER chance at getting...
