    I know, I'm really surprised how blue he is right now too! He's been that blueish green for probably a month or so now. His colors seem to make minor changes with his sheds, so he may look different in a few days. I'm still hoping for the yellow/blue combo his dad Cowboy shows!!

    So I gave Merlin a nice long shower last night as I noticed he's started to shed again. I put up some pictures that show a little "perch" of sorts that I made with some scrap materials. Just drilled two holes in a 2x4 and a 12 and put two dowels through it and then nail gunned it together...

    I made a little perch for Merlin for when he gets showers. Just some scraps I had around, but for free it works pretty well I think!

    I was able to use an unfinished can of Great Stuff to seal the branch to the wall and now I just have to silicone it and cover it with bark and fiber..... one....more......time.... and I'm done with the coco fiber and silicone (thank goodness!)

    I drilled out the holes for the screws and mounted this large piece I wasn't using from an old enclosure. It weight probably 7 pounds, so there are 7 or 8 screws holding it and I will put a small potted pothos in the open space by the wall its mounted to.
