I have a 2 month old jackson named bruce lee :) I am still confused at what supplements to be giving him. Seems like everyone has there own answer. From what I read I need:
plain calcium -to give every day
calcium with d3-to give weekly
calcium with ph - to give monthly
Is this correct...
haha thanks! Everybody recommends that guy. I tried to set my tank up like he did. He seems to like it. He was wondering all over it today. But I am afraid of losing him in it. If he doesn't eat tomorrow I will put him back in the small tank I have. It's just so small. it could only hold one...
I know. I have heard the same thing, I swear i fret over this tiny little guy all day. I can stare at him for hours just to make sure he is breathing. No I got him at a pet store who had them unexpectedly and the employees exact words were "he has a better chance of surviving with you than here...
Funny you say that. When I put the screening around it I didn't think he would get through the top. haha I was way wrong. He got up there right away. took him down and before I could fix it he was up there again. Problem now fixed.
Alright I still have my baby jackson and he seems to be doing well. So I decided to set him up in a little bit bigger of an enclosure . Still not the large one we have but, bigger than the small tank we were keeping him in. Just wanted to post a few pictures and see if there is anything more I...

I also have a one month old jackson. Had him about a week. I tried the small crickets but had no luck, they were just to big. I have good luck with fruitflies. Mine is still a little clumsy and slow so I hold the flies in front of him with a pair of tweezers and he will eat 2-3 at a time like...
Hey everyone! I have a one month old jackson and I have noticed that he has been closing his eyes during the day and sometimes just closing one eye. Everything seems to fine, he's eating fruitflies on a regular basis and exploring his cage a lot. I have uvb light over his cage about 8 inches...
I know. I've read about how fragile they are. Just going one day at a time. I do have drain holes at the bottom. THat's why there is the black box underneath. It's catching all the excess water. He seems to be doing ok so far. Only had him a week or so now.
Here are better pictures of the set up. And one of him as well. He's just to cute not to.:o Does he look healthy?
Please tell me if there is anything else I can do to keep him healthy. Thank you!

What else can I use besides coconut fibers? I will deff use paper towels if there isn't anything else. But he doesn't seem to be going anywhere near the bottom of the cage. I have UVB Light, going through the top. The top of the cage has tons of holes. I assume he is getting enough light...
