I'm in the same process as you are. I used an old china cabinet and redid it for a cham. I don't have it all the way set up yet so no chameleon yet either. What I used to coat the inside where the spray will hit was the rubber flex seal stuff. The spray can type is to clump and not smooth...

Thanks! Are there any nozzles that are in a fan pattern? You're probably correct about the spray coming out the sides. It would be nice to direct the spray to inside the cage only.

I found out that making the cage is almost as enjoyable as getting and caring for the chameleon. If it wasn't for painting! !!!:mad: hate painting!
