When I took my old man to be cremated after he passed they also took tail and paw prints with this easy imprint foam. I can’t exactly remember what it is, but here’s a picture of it. Picture doesn’t show the details the foam picks up as well. But it got his exact pad print.

Those seem to be normal coloration to me. My veiled boys have them as well. As for the black spot, some pieds will have black spotting in certain areas. You’re boy is very beautiful though! Here’s my boy, you can see he’s got almost the same markings, just different area of his body.
