    Chameleon laying eggs

Do you think they could keep the bird cage as an enclosure? First time I’ve actually seen someone with a bird cage, I’ve only heard talk.

Silly Reptile! CRIX are for KIDS!

I always feel like it’s the people who don’t keep reptiles who do stuff like this. I don’t know if I could eat crickets after keeping them..

    Another successful branch harvest

Hopefully as you get older! My petting zoo grew as I got older. My grandma has tons of trees that she likes to be trimmed, so I go in and trim them when I need branches. Maybe I’ll go up and get some and post a thread, seeing if anyone would want them.

    Chameleon laying eggs

I would say she was possibly egg bound, chameleons usually dig tunnels and lay their eggs. It seems she was in a hurry to let these eggs go. People usually have a lay bin in the enclosure with the chameleon so that they can lay whenever needed. I’d try to put the lay bin in the enclosure to see...

Cham with broken tail, was it fate?

It’s hard sometimes! I just get the super injured ones that you can tell need work. Luckily most of the shops in my area have somewhat okay care, I won’t say the best.

Cham with broken tail, was it fate?

I like those names, Merlin is a funny name. I use to have a leopard gecko named Murphy. I was thinking stumpy as well, or Crooky since his tail is crooked. I’ll definitely go and pick some of that up soon, I’ve had god luck with the polysporine when it comes to minor scrapes and cuts, but I...

    Another successful branch harvest

We have blue mountain birds here where I live. They can either be really sweet or really mean, no in-between. I’ve seen them fighting the hummingbirds before.

Cham with broken tail, was it fate?

Well so.. Early this morning I got a message from a friend telling me about a chameleon with a broken tail. She didn’t have pics, so I didn’t know how severe it was. (She’s an owner of a special needs beardie, so she likes to inform me of chameleons or leopard geckos.) I told her I’d go check...

    Amount of foliage in enclosure

I like the idea you have with the fake plants, to conceal him and make him feel more secure. You could possibly hang them on the outside of his enclosure?

Bad News (WARNING DECEASED CHAM PHOTOS)

One day you can. You don’t have to have a huge rescue, I definitely don’t have the money or space for that. If you’re wanting to rescue an animal, just take one home and keep it as a pet. That’s what I do, you’re not saving all the chameleons I’m the world but you’re saving one. Even then, if...
