Thanks for the kind words I'm very thrilled with how the clutch turned out also. From what I've seen the purple usually turns to a deep blue.. But the ones with more red in them still continue to keep a purplish hue. I'll be watching this one grow for sure.And I do still have a few left right now

Lolol.. Fruit flies don't bother them too bad. I love the first time I throw bean beetles in with babies the way that they freak out.. Like wtf are these things gettem away from me lol

Ants have a nasty bite.. I too have carpenter ants at the moment.. I've been making sure they can't get to my baby cages.. I've caught them carrying crickets through my house.. I'd be very careful.. Too many of them could do serious damage to a small animal

I don't know if you have any history with chameleons but hatching babies is a whole other ballgame.. I don't fully support the selling of eggs unless they are going to someone experienced in hatching them.. Once the baby pips though the egg as you said it did sometimes they take a day or so to...
