You want a linear. Everything else is a big no no. 5.0 or 6% is what you are looking for! (((:

Hi! You want a linear bulb! Compacts aren't recommended for chams. You want a T5 HO. 5.0. I will link you to something that comes with a hood and a bulb! Not having the proper light can result in Metabolic Bone Disease (MBD) and you never want that to happen to your cham because it can be fatal...
